Hi, I'm Taryn-Cherie — Atlanta-based realtor, boy mom times two, and your go-to guide for all things real estate in the ATL and beyond.

My love for real estate started long before I ever held a license. Growing up in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, you could find me glued to HGTV with my mom, dreaming about the day I'd be the one transforming houses into dream homes. Life took a few interesting turns — including a brief detour toward law school during my time at the illustrious Spelman College — but my passion for real estate never left. During my senior year, I trusted my gut, enrolled in real estate school while finishing my degree, and never looked back.

I graduated from Spelman on May 19, 2019, earned my license on June 18th, and launched my career July 1st. By January 2020 I was full-time, and by the end of that year I was a top producer. I went on to join Opendoor, where I managed 30+ contracts simultaneously while consistently closing at or near list price. Safe to say — I hit the ground running and haven't slowed down since.

Today, I serve buyers and sellers across Atlanta and its surrounding areas, with a special heart for first-time homebuyers. But my expertise doesn't stop there. Whether you're upsizing, downsizing, relocating in or out of the city, exploring a land deal, or navigating the leasing process as a landlord or tenant — I do it all, and I do it with intention.

What sets me apart? I'm not just your realtor — I'm in your corner. One of my proudest moments came when a fellow Spelman sister trusted me to guide her through her first home purchase. When our initial deal fell through, I got to work and delivered something even better — a beautifully renovated home, negotiated 20K under list price, with full closing cost coverage, a home warranty, and down payment assistance. When I'm not closing deals, I'm busy embracing all that life has to offer — traveling the world, hiking trails, kayaking, and exploring Atlanta's best new restaurants and bars. And in between all of that? I'm a boy mom times two, which keeps life exciting, chaotic, and absolutely worth it. I'm also a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, and I'm deeply committed to creating a welcoming, judgment-free space where every client feels seen, celebrated, and supported.
